I bought one of these dog beds and accidentally put my old address. I notices after 4 days of purchasing and contacted their customer support. I was really mad because they said it was already "In-transit", so they couldn't sotp the shipment... I put up a fuss because how is that my fault? They were able to get me a new bed to my new address and we worked it out in the end, but I wish customer support just did that in the first place. Bed is very good though.

The Reversible bed looked kind of chinsy to me at first, but since they have a money back guarantee I decided to try it out. I'm very glad we ended up buying one. This bed was a no brainer when I saw a video on Facebook. My dog's old bed was really flat and stank up the living room. The reversible covers are super easy to wash and don't shrink, so putting them back on is easy peasy. Also, we don't have to wash our dogs as much because THEY don't smell as much either.

My husband and I thought these beds look neat, so we purchased one. The inner cushion easy very easy to open, almost like a pillow. The outer cushion is easy to take of but harder to put back on if you have weak fingers like me (I am 74 years old). Great bed but wish the outer cushion went on easier.

This is the perfect bed for dogs of all sizes. I was a bit skeptical because it says "One size fits all", but they really mean it. I bought one for my Great Dane puppy and one for my french bull dog. My german shepherd dog LOVES this bed. She likes to chew things up, so we have the inner cushion on the fluffy side and the outer ring portion with the protective side showing. This makes it so she can have the soft fur on her belly while protecting the bed for when she tried biting it.

I'd recommend this bed to anyone who has a big dog. Why? Well, it's probably the most supportive bed we've ever bought for our dogs. I've had 5 large dogs over my lifetime, and the orthopedic BS doesn't work. This one is cushiony for big dogs but doesn't sink all the way into the floor.

This is going to be my full length review of this product. Here are the 3 biggest takeaways from having this bed for over 1 year. For context, I have a 3 year old Labrador Retriever (~80 lbs) and a 7 year old Cocker Spaniel (~35 lbs)
1) This bed has helped my Lab with her anxiety. She got very attached to me when she was young and would get visibly nervous whenever I used to leave the house. The furry side of this bed has helped with calming her down. The raised edges are perfect because she can curl up into a ball and feel secure.
2) My dogs stay/smell cleaner and the living room doesn't smell like dog anymore.The covers are extremely easy to take off and throw into the washer/dryer. I would recommend washing them with Cold water and if you use soap, let the washer run a 2nd time to make sure the soap fully gets out (not mandatory but would recommend!). I didn't even realize the main reason they used to stink after 1 week from their last bath was because their previous beds were infested with bacteria and gross things... Yes, ew!
3) These beds have the best comfort-support ratio. I tried buying my Lab an orthopedic bed, but those beds are so stiff that she would never sleep in it. I tried buying my small Cocker Spaniel a bed that was "his size", but I think everyone knows that small dogs love having bigger beds. The Reversible bed is extremely supportive� in fact, they use human grade filling� and they are very comfy. My small dog loves the extra space in his bed while my Lab likes to use the raised edges as head rests.
All in all, this is the best dog bed I've ever bought for my dogs. I've tried a lot of different ones, but this one blows all the others out of the water.

It gives our Lab enough space to stretch out but also lay curled up in a ball. He will sleep in our bed 50% of the time and the rest of the time he's sacked out in his Reversible Bed. 10/10 dog bed.
