Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

FetchForever.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, FetchForever.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or leasing office first.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation and help make it right.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages, especially if multiple products are purchased together. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

International Shipping

At this time, FetchForever.com primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping is available, delivery times, costs, duties, and taxes may vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
